What are Our Team Leaders' Responsibilities? 

  • Lead with respect, empathy, confidence and courage while acting with integrity
  • Complete all required training and be curious and willing to learn new skills

  • Hold team members accountable for their performance by teaching, coaching, training, and delivering performance feedback

What is Your Role as a Back of House Team Leader? 

  • Educate team about Chick-fil-A policies and processes and foster superior execution by following policies, procedures and best practices
  • Understand and use all available resources including Chick-fil-A communication to stay current on job procedures; provide clear direction to the team about weekly and seasonal promotions and special events
  • Identify root causes of problems and develop an impactful action plan(s) to achieve performance goals
  • Supervise and coach the team to ensure growth
  • Maintain product quality and accuracy standards
  • Follow and hold team accountable to all safety guidelines, operating procedures, and product freshness and quality standards
  • Leverage appropriate escalation tools to solve process and/or guest issues
  • All other tasks, as assigned

What are the Job Requirements?

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Have basic computer skills

Physical Ability

  • Able to read instructions, reports and information on computer screens and key in information
  • Able to climb and descend ladders
  • Able to llift 40 lbs.
  • Able to continually move around all areas of the restaurant on a daily basis
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to handle all products sold by Chick-fil-A
